Educational content, not a substitute for school. RozGyaan's stories, facts, and quizzes are designed to build curiosity and general knowledge alongside your child's regular schooling — they are not a replacement for a formal curriculum, tutoring, or academic assessment.

Accuracy. We review every story and fact for accuracy before it's sent, but as with any educational content, occasional errors are possible. If you spot something incorrect, please let us know on WhatsApp so we can fix it.

Not professional advice. Nothing in our content — including moral stories, quizzes, or Game Cards — should be taken as medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

Game Cards and grades. The grades and scores shown on quizzes and monthly Game Cards are a fun way to track engagement and recall — they are not a certified academic assessment and should not be used as the sole measure of a child's learning or ability.

Free trials. Where a free trial is offered on a plan, your card or UPI is authenticated at signup but not charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel any time before the trial ends, on WhatsApp, at no cost. If you don't cancel, the first charge happens automatically when the trial period ends, as shown on your confirmation page at signup.

Third-party links. Our content may occasionally reference external facts, places, or historical events. RozGyaan is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites we may link to.

We don't offer refunds on amounts already paid. When you subscribe, you're paying for the content and access already scheduled for that period.

What we do offer instead: cancel anytime, no lock-in. You can stop your subscription whenever you like by messaging us on WhatsApp, and we'll stop all future charges immediately. There's no cancellation fee and no forms to fill.

A few specifics:

• Weekly and monthly plans: cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Annual plan: cancelling stops auto-renewal for the following year. You keep full access for the remainder of your paid year.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid period.
• If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate payment, technical issue), write to us at hello@rozgyaan.in and we'll look into it separately from this policy.

Our thinking here is simple: we'd rather you try us at our lowest-commitment plan (₹39/week) first, and only move to monthly or annual once you're sure it's working for your kid.

1. What RozGyaan is. RozGyaan is a subscription service delivering a daily audio story, a daily fact image, a weekly moral story, a weekly quiz or puzzle, and a monthly Game Card, to children from Pre-Nursery to Class 8 (approximately ages 3–13), via WhatsApp and our website.

2. Who can subscribe. A parent or legal guardian must create and pay for the subscription on behalf of their child. By subscribing, you confirm you are the parent or guardian of the child using the service.

3. Payments. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices shown on our website are base prices; 18% GST is added at checkout, and the final payable amount is always shown before you confirm payment.

4. Subscription renewal. Weekly, monthly, and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel anytime on WhatsApp, see our Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Content usage. All stories, images, quizzes, and other content are for personal, family use only. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of our content without permission is not allowed.

6. Quiz and Game Card. Quiz scores are recorded automatically when your child completes the quiz. The Game Card is a fun progress summary, not a certified academic assessment.

7. Accuracy of content. We review every story and fact before publishing, but if you notice an error, please tell us on WhatsApp so we can correct it.

8. Changes to service. We may update pricing, features, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

What we collect. When you sign up, we collect the parent's name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email, and your child's first name and class. That's it, we don't ask for more than we need.

Why we collect it. Your WhatsApp number is used only to deliver the daily story, fact image, weekly content, and Game Card. Your mobile number and email are used for payment receipts and account-related support. We never use your child's name in any public or third-party context.

Payment data. We don't store your card or UPI details. All payments are processed directly and securely by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. We only receive confirmation that a payment was successful.

Who we share data with. We share your WhatsApp number with WhatsApp (Meta) solely to deliver content, and payment details with Razorpay solely to process payments. We do not sell, rent, or share your or your child's data with advertisers, marketers, or any other third party.

No ads to kids. RozGyaan does not show advertisements to children, and we never will. Our content is fully curated and ad-free.

Your control. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing hello@rozgyaan.in. We'll confirm once it's done.
